Dr. Hamdi Koçer was born in 1962 in the vibrant streets of Istanbul. He had an enriching educational experience at Kadıköy Maarif College and graduated from Istanbul Medical Faculty in 1986, where he specialized in General Surgery until 1991. Dr. Koçer played a key role in the initial transplant surgeries at Haydarpaşa Numune Hospital's Transplant Center. After military service, he joined Kartal Lütfi Kırdar Training and Research Hospital in 1993, and further expanded his surgical skills in Paris and Germany.

In 1998, Dr. Koçer joined Istanbul Surgical Hospital, developing expertise in laparoscopic and breast cancer surgery. Since 2007, he has focused on abdominal wall hernias, becoming a reference in Turkey for complex cases. In 2015, he opened his own clinic and has been a significant figure in breast cancer treatment in Azerbaijan. Dr. Koçer currently practices in Istanbul, specializing in breast cancer and abdominal wall hernias.

B. Serdar Aksoy,MD a seasoned General Surgery Specialist, has dedicated over two decades to advancing minimally invasive surgical techniques. After graduating from Istanbul University’s Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1995, he specialized in General Surgery at Marmara University Medical Faculty, completing his training in 2001. Dr. Aksoy was part of the team that performed Turkey’s first laparoscopic colon resection in 2002.

He enhanced his expertise in advanced laparoscopic techniques in Strasbourg, France, in 2003. From 2005 to 2015, Dr. Aksoy played dual roles as a General Surgery Specialist and an administrator at Jinemed Health Centers, significantly enhancing their reputation. He continued his practice at GOP Taksim Education and Research Hospital and Beşiktaş Sait Çiftçi Hospital until 2022.  During the time working at the education and research hospital, he contributed to assistant training and performed endoscopic and advanced laparoscopic surgeries; such as laparoscopic colorectal resections, laparoscopic adrenalectomies, and laparoscopic obesity surgeries. Now in private practice, Dr. Aksoy focuses on gastrointestinal surgeries and obesity treatments, excelling in laparoscopic and endoscopic procedures.

Fluent in Turkish and English, Dr. Aksoy combines scientific rigor with a warm bedside manner, deeply committed to his patients' well-being.

Born in 1975, Inci Kullar has successfully bridged the tourism and healthcare sectors throughout her career. After earning a diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management in 1993, she initially worked in hospitality, honing key customer service and operations management skills. In 2000, she pivoted to healthcare, gaining specialized training in anesthesiology and operating room services, followed by medical hair care, repair, and transplantation in England.
